At the Bazaar of Ideas, several employees are given small budgets (e.g. €500) to carry out initial research on their change or innovation ideas. If a single employee now needs more that €500, then they can try and convince their colleagues of their idea, and join up budgets to take on bigger feasibility studies
Through the process or trading and influencing, individuals can build bigger innovation budgets, while at the same time idea sharing is implicit and the team can also build passion and self-propelling commitment for change
